About

A place to live well,
quietly, for a long time.

Zen Valley began with a simple question: what if a community were designed for how people actually want to live, not for how fast it could be sold?

We have spent twenty‑five years in land and development in Pakistan. We have seen what happens when the only measure is the price per marla: walls, concrete, and nowhere to breathe.

Zen Valley is our answer. Large plots. A cap on construction. Power from the sun, water from the rain, food from the soil. And a community that shares a lake, a learning centre and a pace of life.

Happy, peaceful, awake. That is the whole brief.

The valley at first light.

What we hold to.

Four commitments that shape every decision in the valley.

Land stays land

Ten marla built, ninety marla green. Forest kept as forest. Roads that follow the hill.

Nothing from the grid

Sun, rain and soil do the work. The systems are designed in from the start, not bolted on.

Honesty first

Every serious buyer sees the full land record before any commitment. Prices are shared privately and clearly.

Quiet is a feature

No streetlights, no generators, no through‑traffic. Space for prayer, meditation and thought.

Advice Associates.

Since 2001, Advice Associates has worked in land, planning and building across Pakistan — twenty‑five years of projects, and the families who trusted us with them.

Zen Valley brings all of that experience to one idea. We own the land, we plan the valley, and we build the homes. One team, from the first visit to the day you move in.

Talk to the team

Good questions.

The honest answers to what people ask us first. Anything else — send us a message and a real person will reply.

Where exactly is Zen Valley?

In the hills outside Rawalpindi, Punjab, reached by a government road. We share the exact location and arrange site visits for interested buyers — the land is best understood on foot.

What does "off‑grid" mean here?

Electricity comes from shared solar arrays with battery storage. Water comes from rainwater collection and the valley's own lake and dam. Waste is composted. You are not dependent on a utility grid — and not exposed to its failures.

What is a "spiritual society"?

Not a religious order. A community of people who want a slower, more deliberate life close to the land, with quiet spaces for prayer, meditation and reflection, and neighbours who chose the same. All faiths and none are welcome.

Can I build my own house?

Yes. You can build in your own time, following the valley's building guidelines, which exist so every home fits the landscape and the off‑grid systems. If you'd rather not manage a build, the turnkey option delivers a finished home.

Is the land documentation in order?

Every serious buyer receives the full land record and project documentation to review before any commitment. We would rather you take your time and ask hard questions than sign quickly.

Can I keep animals?

Yes — goats, chickens and other small livestock are part of the plan. Five kanal is enough for animals, a kitchen garden and a home without crowding any of them.

I live abroad. Can I buy?

Yes. Many of our first enquiries come from overseas Pakistanis. We handle site visits on your behalf, share video walkthroughs, and can manage the turnkey build while you're away.
